SmartGrow is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Fees may change upon 30 days’ notice.

‍4. Intellectual Property
All software, data, analytics, and content within the Service remain the exclusive property of SmartGrow. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Service.

‍5. Data Privacy
SmartGrow will protect user data according to its Privacy Policy. Users consent to the collection, storage, and use of data to improve Service functionality and user experience.

‍6. Limitation of Liability
SmartGrow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

‍7. Compliance and Usage
You agree to use SmartGrow in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. SmartGrow assists but does not guarantee regulatory compliance.

‍8. Termination
SmartGrow may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately for breach of these Terms. Users can terminate their subscription anytime with written notice.

‍9. Modification of Terms
SmartGrow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SmartGrow operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
